RETURN POLICY

ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS!

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations, and with original tags and hygienic liner unremoved. FOR SANITARY REASONS, PLEASE TRY ON ALL SWIMWEAR OVER AN UNDERWEAR.

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s and must have a copy of the packing list inside.

All items must be returned within 15 days from time of delivery. 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to change a size/color, please follow the return process.

Any merchandise marked final sale is NOT eligible for return. 

Store credits issued for a return expire 1 year after issue date. 

All exchanges are final sale.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping and redelivery shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

If an item appears damaged upon delivery please contact us immediately.

Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping. Once refund is processed, you will receive an email with store credit code valuing total order, less any shipping. Any store credit given to the customer can only be applied to a new order. Once order is shipped you will receive tracking info.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order for any given reason, please, do so within 3 hours of your purchase. Once your order is sent to print, it is no longer eligible for a full refund, store credit only.

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN

In order to start the return (for store credit) process the customers can contact the BabyBoobs customer care team via email at info@babyboobs.com. Please state the order number and reason for return.

Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to BabyBoobs avoiding any discrepancy.

Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for all pre-order items to get shipped. 

If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to you, at your cost. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations.

LOST PACKAGES

All customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is a safe, secure address. We are unable to cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor do we have the authority to collaborate with the shipping company to locate your packages, if the tracking information confirms delivery of package. BabyBoobs can only check the tracking information, the same one that is provided to all customers when they receive their confirmed fulfillment email. If the tracking information confirms that it has been delivered and signed for, BabyBoobs will assume that it has been delivered and that other external variables were at play.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES? 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. BabyBoobs cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from BabyBoobs, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to BabyBoobs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded in store credit. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through BabyBoobs. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
